FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ's)

Q1.   What format does the "book on CD" take?

A. You will receive a CD with the book loaded onto it in PDF format you will need a FREE program like Adobe Reader or similar on your computer to read the file.

Q2. Can I print out the e-book?

A. Yes there is no printing restrictions on the file.

Q3. What format does the DVD come in?

A. It is available in either PAL or NTSC format and has been approved for all zones and regions so should play on most modern DVD players anywhere in the world or on computers that have a DVD player installed. Overseas customers need to specify what format they require. You can find out what format your region takes by looking at the back of a commercialy produced DVD.

Q4. Apart from "Paypal" what other payment options do I have to make a purchase from you?

Q5. How quickly do you post my order and where is it coming from?

A. Once we have receive and cleared your payment, we aim to post out the orders on three days (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) and it is coming to you via standard post in Australia (Airmail for overseas orders) from Bathurst N.S.W. Australia 2795.
